Camp Registration Options


 Enrollment does not guarantee a spot in your preferred camp. Families who register by March 1st (online, dropbox, or by mail) will be notified by March 7 confirming your choice or offering open camp opportunities.


Registration Overview:
Imagine That! Summer Camp’s enrollment is based on a lottery. You may submit your child's lottery information ANYTIME between February 15 and March 1. After March 1, camper’s information will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.


Ways to Register: You can register via a online registration form or mail.


If by email: After completing the registration form, you will receive an email for your records that contains your input and choices. Click here to be taken to the electronic Reistration Form

If by mail: (Download a paper Registration by clicking here) Please allow enough time for the registration to be delivered by March 1, if you prefer to be in the initial lottery. All registrations received after March 1 will be reviewed in order received.

There will be a Pickup daily at 1P.M. on weekdays beginning Feb. 15th.


Payment: Camp fees can be paid by either Check or Zelle, and are due within five business days of the confirmation of your camp schedule.  If via Zelle, please use email If via mail, please use 12749 East Laurel Lane, Scottsdale AZ 85259. A payment plan available upon request. E-Mail for details.


Friend Requests: For those campers with friend requests, please put all of the forms (or copy of the email received when registering online) and payments, in one envelope and either: mail them, or drop them into the CAMP drop box on the PVUMC campus.  Do NOT leave cash payments. Thank you!
